With well over a decade of experience–including leading global behavior change programs as a former VP at KnowBe4–they blend technical expertise with creative insight to advance collective cognitive resilience. As co-host of the No Password Required podcast and a continual collaborator with industry giant Winn Schwartau, Melton makes otherwise complex, technical concepts accessible for any global audience.
